Founder and manager, Heidi built Choice Transport from the ground up, aiming from the beginning, to offer an un-precedented level of service to an industry she knows well. Over twenty five years of industry experience, continuing education on industry trends, laws and initiatives, and involvement in Nebraska Truck Driving Championships and other events arm her with a transportation savvy that is second to none. And while these abilities get the job done, it is her enthusiasm, personal attention to each and every client, and obvious love for her work and knowledge of her field that inspire clients to keep calling back.

Before James joined the family business, he wanted to make sure he could lean on experience and expertise to provide a level of service that his customers and carriers deserve. In response, he obtained his degree in business with an emphasis on logistics at University of Nebraska at Kearney and managed a fleet of 40 trucks and drivers for four years at a company in Lincoln, Nebraska. From there, he came to work for Choice. James understands his work as being 100% customer and carrier centric; that for him to succeed, his customers and carriers need to succeed.
